Participants in the Consultation
The participants included the following:
- government such as finance, environment, and transport ministries, and other executing agencies of ADB projects
- civil society including international and national NGOs, project-affected people and requesters in ADB inspection requests, and ADB roster members (former and current)
- private sector such as ADB cofinanciers, commercial bankers, equity investors, fund managers, institutional investors, and international infrastructure developers

Web Site
- Inspection function review web site to provide public notifications, an issues paper for comments, drafts of working paper for comments, updates on progress, and special e-mail address to receive comments
- NGO web site to contain public notification through a short "feature" on the front page, and hyperlinked to inspection function site
- NGO Center's e-newsletter to provide information on the process
Mail
- Mail first and second draft working papers for comments
- Mail the Working Paper for comments
Public Consultations
- 10 public consultations with various sectors including the government, civil society and the private sector were held from June to August 2002.
