Bangladesh – Khulna Water Supply Project Loan, Technical Assistance

14 June 2011 - The Asian Development Bank has approved the following project:

Description:

The project will fund the development of a sustainable water supply system for Khulna City in southwestern Bangladesh that will nearly triple access to piped water.

Amount: $75 million loan from Asian Development Fund and $700,000 grant from Technical Assistance Special Fund. Cofinancing loan of $184 million from Japan International Cooperation Agency.
