Cambodia: Decentralized Public Service & Financial Management Sector Development Program

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has approved the following loan:
Description:
This loan will improve public service delivery by supporting the development of efficient and accountable subnational administrations in Cambodia. This will be done by assisting the development of policy and regulatory frameworks for decentralization, and by providing selected rural districts with facilities for their operations. In addition, the loan will contribute to the development of financial management capacities at the central and subnational levels of administration.
Amount: $37.5 million in policy-based and project lending, and $800,000 in technical assistance from the Asian Development Fund.
