Government of Switzerland – Water Financing Partnership Facility (WFPF)

The Government of Switzerland has made an initial contribution to the facility, which aims to deliver substantial investment, reform, and skill development in rural and urban water services, and river basin water management.
Description:
The contribution will help fund technical assistance and grant components of investment projects in the water sector with water-for-food activities in the Mekong Region as a priority. With this contribution, funds available for commitment under the WFPF total about $23 million.
Amount: CHF4.8 million.
