India – Assam Governance, Public Resource Management Program Loan

The Asian Development Bank has approved a third tranche loan for the second phase of the following program:
Description:
The funds support further reforms to help the state of Assam strengthen financial management to boost infrastructure development and sustainable growth. The reforms include improvements to tax, land records, property valuation, budgeting, and debt management procedures.
Amount: $20 million loan from ordinary capital resources.
