People's Republic of China: Jiangxi Fuzhou Urban Infrastructure Project

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has approved the following loan assistance:
Description:
The project will build an integrated multimodal transport system that will link the new Xiangpu High-Speed Railway Station to the center of Jiangxi Fuzhou city. The outputs include a 12.2-kilometer bus rapid transit (BRT) corridor, an urban transport hub, a greenway alongside the Fenggang river, and 10-km of new roads. The project will create an efficient, inclusive and sustainable urban transport system in Fuzhou, a prefectural level city with an urban population of 1 million people.
Amount: $100 million from ADB’s ordinary capital resources.
