PNG, Tonga – Strengthening Climate Risk Technical Assistance

The Asian Development Bank has approved the following project:
Description:
The capacity building project will help government agencies in Papua New Guinea and Tonga incorporate climate resilience into national planning and budgeting activities. It will also lay the groundwork for investments in climate-resilient infrastructure to help cut poverty and improve access to social services.
Amount: $750,000 grant from Strategic Climate Fund, administered by ADB.
