PRC – Integrated Development of Key Townships in Central Liaoning Loan

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has approved the following project:
Description:
The loan will construct a wastewater treatment plant, upgrade a heating network, improve urban road and other related infrastructure, build and upgrade bridges, and support capacity development in project management agencies. The project will make these towns more competitive, green, and inclusive.
Amount: $150 million from ADB’s ordinary capital resources.
