Timor-Leste – District Capitals Water Supply Project Loan

The Asian Development Bank has approved the following project:
Description:
The project will upgrade supply systems to provide 24-hour, potable water to over 30,000 people in the district capitals of Manatuto and Pante Macasar. Assistance will also be given to rehabilitate Lehumo Lake in Ermera District to improve income generation opportunities in the surrounding communities.
Amount: $11 million grant from ADB’s Asian Development Fund.
