ADB Sustainable Development Goals Regional Experts Workshop
ADB hosted a one-day workshop on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Asia-Pacific Perspectives for the Post-2015 Development Agenda. The workshop discussed developments in the Rio + 20 preparations and SDGs, which are gaining increasing support as a possible outcome of Rio+20. Bindu Lohani, ADB Vice-President for Knowledge Management and Sustainable Development opened and participated in the meeting. Participants to the workshop included representatives of Developing Member Countries, UNCSD and UN agencies, regional and international research organizations, CSOs and other development organizations.
