The conference aims to identify what reforms and innovations are needed to reform the international monetary and financial system to promote financial stability and sustainable economic growth for emerging economies. The conference will cover the following thematic areas: overview of reform of international monetary system; managing capital flows; regional/global cooperation and financial safety nets; and regional currency cooperation.
