Purpose

The course is to enhance understanding of participants on the structure and dynamics of carbon markets. Thomson Reuters Point Carbon, a world-leading provider of independent news, analysis and consulting services for carbon markets, is the main organizer and the event will be co-hosted by Asian Development Bank.

Objectives

The course will provide insight into policy, legislation and regulation as well as detailed explanations as to how carbon markets work.
