The one-day CoP Retreat will bring together HQ and RM gender specialists, divisional gender focal points, and the Gender Equity Committee members to have the shared understanding of where we stand now, what are the key issues with regard to gender and development operations in ADB and how we can work together better as a growing team to achieve the 2012 targets. The Retreat  takes place following the three-day gender specialists’ annual meeting (26-28 October) and before the GAD staff learning week (2-4 November).
