Gender issues in resettlement site planning, consultation, disclosure, community mobilization and capacity development of the affected communities for livelihood improvement, and access to services were discussed by SEEN's Monawar Sultana in her presentation of the Song Bung 4 hydropower project in Central Viet Nam.
