MDG and Post-2015 Development Agenda Expert Panel Meeting
Background
ADB and its UN partners intend to present the regional view on development priorities, building on lessons from the Millennium Development Goal (MDG) experience in the region. In order to assist the partners in this process, a panel of six prominent regional experts has been established. Each expert has been requested to write a paper on a special development topic.
Objective
The overall objective of the workshop is to extract most relevant messages from the expert panelists' papers and from the views expressed by the discussants and the audience on the topics presented, which will inform the chapter of the MDG 2012/2013 report on "Asia-Pacific Perspectives on Post-2015 Development Agenda."
Target participants
MDG/Post-2015 Development Agenda Expert Panelists, ADB and UN staff, other development partners.
