ADB conducted a Regional Consultation Meeting on Strengthening Planning Capacity for Low Carbon Growth in Developing Asia, Bangkok, Thailand, 09 March 2012, and hosted by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO). Opening remarks were provided by Craig Steffensen, TRM Country Director, Chaiwat Muncharoen, Executuve Director of TGO, John Pearson, Southeast Asia Climate Change Network of the British High Commission and Tomoyuki Kawabata, Senior Representative of JICA Thailand Office. Cyn-Young Park, Assistant Chief Economist moderated the event. The event brings together the projects National Steering Committee and partner DMCs to discuss on the progress and way forward of project implementation.
