Manmohan Parkash has worked extensively on this region (Bangladesh, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Bhutan and China). He has worked on the opening up of the road and rail links between India and Bangladesh, including signing of the agreements; and was a member of the Expert group for Trans Asian Railways, which had on identifying the key corridors with Southeast Asia. This seminar focuses on the new ADBI South Asia-Southeast Asia connectivity study.
