1. All video materials ("Videos") posted on the ADB Broadcasters Page are available for use free of charge.  You may access the Videos exclusively for personal and noncommercial use as intended and as permitted by ADB's Terms of Use, provided you agree not to alter or modify any part of the Videos, including, without limitation, its branding as originating from ADB. Any use of the Videos should credit ADB where possible.
2. You may not publicly represent or imply that ADB is participating in, or has sponsored, approved, or endorsed the manner or purpose of your use or reproduction of the Videos. You may not otherwise use the logo or other official marks and emblems of ADB without ADB’s prior written consent nor in any event to represent or imply an association or affiliation with ADB.
3. You agree not to use, resell, redistribute the Videos or create derivative works, for any commercial purpose, without the prior written authorization of ADB. Prohibited commercial uses include (but are not limited to) any of the following actions taken without ADB's express approval:
   • sale of access to the Videos on another website; and
   • use of the Videos for the primary purpose of gaining advertising or subscription revenue, or soliciting donations.
