Asian Development Bank led a coalition of multilateral developmental banks committing $175 billion, over ten years, toward transportation projects worldwide. Following the Rio+20 Summit, Tyrrell Duncan, Director of ADB's East Asia Regional Department Transport Division, explains why the announcement in Rio de Janeiro puts sustainable transport issues on the global development agenda.
