ADB Prices MYR500 million 5-Year Bond Issue
ADB today successfully priced MYR500 million 5-year bond issue under its MYR3.8 billion Medium Term Note (MTN) Program. AmMerchant Bank Berhad is the lead arranger of the Program and sole lead manager for the bond issue. This is the first time that ADB has set up an Asian currency MTN program. ADB opened the Putra bond market in 2004 with its inaugural issuance of MYR400 million 3.94% bonds due 2009.
