NPRS and PRF Fund Management

Within ADB, the Regional Sustainable Development Department (RSDD) is responsible for managing the National Poverty Reduction Strategies (NPRS) and the Poverty Reduction Cooperation Fund (PRF). The regional (operational) departments are responsible for developing, processing, and implementing the individual projects.

The Office of Cofinancing Operations (OCO) acts as the official channel of communications between ADB and the Department for International Development (DFID), as well as other possible participating donors, and monitors and reports on the financial performance of the funds.
