Up-scaling Lessons Learned from NPRS and PRF

The poverty reduction funds created innovative knowledge of particular importance for ADB's partner countries and for broader donor cooperation. The results are currently being summarized in 4 thematic papers, backed by specific case studies. The following consolidating knowledge products will be available in 2007:

  • Synthesis report
  • Thematic papers on pro-poor infrastructure, regional poverty, poverty implications of sector reforms, and poverty reduction policies and strategies
  • Case studies

The National Poverty Reduction Strategies (NPRS) and the Poverty Reduction Cooperation Fund (PRF) supported 119 technical assistance studies, pilot intervention investments and capacity development processes in 18 countries of the 5 sub-regions in Asia and the Pacific.
