The seminar on the ADB results framework considers two main questions:
1. How did ADB perform in 2012?
The seminar will summarize ADB's performance in 2012, as measured against its corporate results framework targets. The seminar will present the major findings of the 2012 Development Effectiveness Review Report, ADB's sixth annual corporate performance review. The 2012 Review is the final report to use the first results framework covering 2009–2012. In addition to sharing the achievement of the 2012 targets, the seminar will assess the effectiveness of the reform initiatives introduced since 2008 through the use of the results framework. ADB adopted the results framework in 2008 to gauge its progress toward achieving the goals of Strategy 2020.
2. What changes will be introduced with the revised results framework?
As the first multilateral development bank to adopt a corporate results framework, ADB was also the first to complete a full revision of its framework. The seminar will present the recently approved 2013–2016 corporate results framework, highlighting the main changes in its structure, indicators, and targets.
