The Gender Tip Sheets are a reference guide for staff and consultants of the Asian Development Bank, and developing member countries for conceptualizing, designing and implementing gender inclusive projects. This step-by-step tip sheets contain clear information and guidance on: (i) using and applying ADB's gender mainstreaming categories; (ii) preparing project gender action plans; (iii) roles and responsibilities for gender action plan implementation; (iv) supporting executing and implementing agencies with gender action plan implementation and monitoring; (v) reporting gender equality results in project completion reports; and (vi) providing an inventory of existing tools and resources. It informs ADB staff, particularly project staff, gender specialists and gender focal points in headquarters and resident missions of the requirements and good practices in designing, implementing, monitoring and reporting on gender action plans and gender equality results.
