Are you looking for an ADB publication?
Please visit the Publications  page and enter the title of the ADB publication or keywords in the search box. You may narrow your search results by clicking on publication type, country, or subject. The results may be further filtered by series, language, and year.
Are you looking for ADB publications in a particular language?
Go to Search/Browse Publications  under Publications. Select the language under the Filter by Language facility to generate a list of publications in that language. You may use more than one filter to refine your search results. For instance, to look for reports in Bahasa Indonesia, select Bahasa Indonesia under Filter by Language and Reports under Filter by Publication Type.
Are all ADB publications available for download?
Most of the ADB publications on the ADB website may be downloaded for free. Others need to be purchased online. If you want the hard copy edition of a publication, you may order from ADB distributors or from the ADB headquarters in Manila.

How can I get bibliographic data on all ADB publications?
ADB provides libraries with Machine Readable Cataloguing (MARC) records of its publications for free. The MARC records, which contain bibliographic data on all ADB publications, may be downloaded from the ADB website and imported directly into an integrated library system. Would you like to know about the latest consulting opportunities at ADB?
Go to the Consultant Services Recruitment Notice (CSRN)  section, which provides information on consulting services required for projects that are financed or administered by ADB. Search for consulting opportunities by country, sector, consultant type, duration, and budget. To download the terms of reference, click on “View CSRN” on the last or rightmost column. To express interest, click on the "Express Interest" button and then enter your user account details in the Consultant Management System (CMS) .
If you are a registered consultant with ADB, you will also receive weekly email updates on recruitment notices from the system.
How do I register as a consultant with ADB?
Register as a company or as an individual consultant at the Consultant Management System (CMS) . Create an account by completing the registration form. Registered users may update their profile, search opportunities, send expressions of interest, respond to inquiries, and prepare and submit proposals. Log in to the system by typing in your registered email address and password.

ADB posts three types of procurement notices in its Business Opportunities  section.
The Procurement Notices  page is for those who are interested in supplying goods and services for ADB development projects and programs. Click on the name of the project that you are interested in to download the general procurement notice, invitation for bids, or other notices.
The Advance Action  page lists advance contracting notices for ADB development projects and programs.
Institutional Procurement provides information on ongoing open competitive bidding for the supply of goods and services for ADB's institutional use. To bid for a procurement contract, log in to the Supplier Management System .
