Agence Française de Développement is providing an additional EUR1 million contribution to the trust fund.

The additional contribution will help fund project preparatory technical assistance in 18 ADB developing member countries including Myanmar and selected Central Asian and Caucasus countries as well as regional cooperation in the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) focusing on economic growth, infrastructure, health, education, agriculture, sustainable development, and climate change. This is AFD’s third contribution to the fund after contributing EUR500,000 in 2007 and EUR1.5 million in 2005.
