The Asian Development Bank (ADB) approved the following loan:


The Project is supporting 13 public TVET schools in Hunan province of the People's Republic of China (PRC) to help them improve the quality and relevance of their training to meet the demand of the labor market. It will directly benefit over 86,000 full-time students in certificate and diploma courses who will gain skills, both within the school campuses and online access, especially by students in poor and remote areas. The project is the first Asian Development Bank-financed lending project for TVET in the PRC and is expected to play a demonstration role for TVET development in the country.


$50 million from the Ordinary Capital Resource.
