Description

This project will help ensure that Viet Nam's food products are safer, more efficiently produced, and traded in greater quantities, by supporting the design and implementation of food safety surveillance. Import handling, grading of restaurants in tourist areas, and strengthening of food laboratories will help build a more rigorous food safety management system in Viet Nam and promote regional cooperation.

Amount 

$11 million from the Asian Development Fund.
