Description

The Project will help the Government provide safe water supply and sanitation facilities to the people living in small towns and assist the Department of Water Supply and Sewerage in the development of drinking water quality and sanitation standards. The TA will be carried out in two parts. Part Awill carry out apublic awareness campaign, asocioeconomic survey, and an environmental assessment in eight selected towns. Part Bwill prepare feasibility studies and preliminary designs for sample subprojects.
