The TSDP will be classified as a poverty intervention (possibly a core poverty intervention) and will support private sector development. The scope of the TA includes (i) advisory and consulting services, (ii) technical workshops and policy consultations, and (iii) focused studies and surveys for the purpose of designing and developing the TSDP proposal.
