The report and recommendation of the president for the proposed policy-based loan to the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) for subprogram 2 of the Public Sector Program describes the terms and conditions for the approval of ADB's Board of Directors. The program, supported by a policy-based loan, will improve the long-term fiscal sustainability of the Government of the Marshall Islands.
