This notice was published on 19 September 2008 and has been updated on 2 December 2008. The deadlines to receive Expression of Interests were extended, and information updated for some of the Consulting Services Procurement as indicated below.

All consultants will be recruited in accordance with the Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by the Asian Development Bank and its Borrowers (2007 as amended from time to time) and the procurement plans for the projects. Consulting firms will be selected and engaged using ADB's quality- and cost-based selection procedures with full technical proposals. Expressions of Interest in the required template format, separately for each of the selected Consulting Services (the EoI template for Consulting Firms is available at http://www.adb.org/Consulting/toolkit-template.asp) should be sent to:
