1.    The Republic of Armenia has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Water Supply and Sanitation Sector Project. Part of this loan will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to eligible bidders from eligible source countries of ADB. This contract will be jointly financed by the Government of Armenia. The eligibility rules and procedures of ADB will govern the bidding process.

2.    The Armenian Water and Sewerage Closed Joint Stock Company (AWSC) (the Employer) invites sealed bids from qualified eligible bidders for the Improvement of Surenavan, Armash and Eraskh Villages Water Supply Systems, including 5 DDRs (daily regulation reservoir) and about 8.8 km total length pipeline with nominal diameters DN63, DN90 and DN110.

3.    International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB's Single-Stage: One-Envelope Bidding Procedure .

Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

8.    ADB's Domestic Preference Scheme will not be applied.
