The TA will fund a coordination group of consumers' representative bodies (tentatively named as the Electricity Consumers Coordination Forum or ECCF) that would meet periodically to be informed by GOG and GEB of reform actions taken, their implications on consumers, and to seek feedback from them. The Public Communications Policy (PCP) recognizes that transparency and accountability are essential to development effectiveness. It establishes the disclosure requirements for documents and information ADB produces or requires to be produced.
