    After painful streamlining and reforms, the majority of Mongolia's children again have the chance to gain a decent education with modernized schools, improved curricula, and new textbooks. UlaanBaatar - Winter is long and hard in Mongolia. Even on an early morning in mid-November, the temperature is -12° Celsius and the wind bitterly cold.
