Description The main purpose of the project preparatory technical assistance is to prepare a Skills Development Project aimed at restructuring the vocational training sector to improve the quality and relevance of programs, the efficiency of delivery systems, and enhance resource mobilization. Consulting Services A team of five international specialists for a total of 13.5 person-months will be required in the fields of vocational skills training, institutional capacity building, competency-based training development, and financial and quality management systems. Five local specialists for a total of 13.5 person-months will be required in the fields of economics and labor market, career guidance and counseling, management information systems, entrepreneurship development and rural marketing, and private sector participation.
