|Consulting Services||The Ministry of Vocational Training and Rural Industries has engaged an international consulting firm and domestic consultants. Eight international consultants (89-person-months) and six domestic consultants (105 person-months) were recruited. The consultants were recruited in accordance with Nordic Development Fund approved procedures.|
|Procurement||Supply of goods and services, including furniture and instructional materials will be procured in accordance with Bank's Guidelines for Procurement. The civil works contract for the construction of the new VT Complex was awarded on the basis of international competitive bidding procedures. The remaining civil works are expected to be small and scattered throughout the country and will be awarded on the basis of local competitive bidding procedures acceptable to the Bank.|
