Description The technical assistance (TA) will prepare a strategy for the development of the entire NH8 and NH4 corridors that will facilitate private sector participation in the financing, construction, operation and maintenance of national highways and expressways in partnership with the public sector. As part of the objective, the TA will support development of private participation policy framework and identify, prepare, and promote a model public-private partnership highway project.
