Description
The objective of the proposed program is to support the implementation of the Government's policy reform program with emphasis on four areas: macroeconomic stabilization, improvements in public sector management, privatization of state-owned enterprises, and strengthening of governance institutions. The Public Communications Policy (PCP) recognizes that transparency and accountability are essential to development effectiveness. It establishes the disclosure requirements for documents and information ADB produces or requires to be produced.
