The Project supplements Loan No. 1622-INO: Social Protection Sector Development Program (SPSDP) by supporting specific initiatives in Project provinces whose objectives are to (i) maintain school enrollment; (ii) protect the health and nutritional status of the poor, particularly mothers, infants, and children under three; (iii) maintain the quality of health and education services; and (iv) maintain availability of family planning services for the poor.
