The overall objective of the FSPL is to promote the development of a sound, market-based financial system to enhance resource mobilization and support sustainable economic growth by establishing a foundation for the banking and insurance sectors and developing the financial market. The Public Communications Policy (PCP) recognizes that transparency and accountability are essential to development effectiveness. It establishes the disclosure requirements for documents and information ADB produces or requires to be produced.
