Description The TA will assist to design a postsecondary education development project that will (i) build on the achievements of the First Postsecondary Rationalization and Development Project and further support the development of Maldives College of Higher Education (MCHE) as the national postsecondary institution; (ii) strengthen selected academic programs; (iii) support distance education; and (iv) expand access to postsecondary education by residents of atoll communities.
