Description
The Project comprises the rehabilitation, expansion and operation of 83.7 km of the existing North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), including the construction and rehabilitation of 14 interchanges, 24 bridges and 31 overpasses from Manila (Balintawak exit) to Clark Special Economic Zone (Sta. Ines exit), and the operation of a 8km expressway in Subic Special Economic Zone, completed in 1996. The Project is undertaken under the Supplemental Toll Operation Agreement (STOA) among the Republic of Philippines (acting through the Toll Regulatory Board), PNCC and MNTC.
