It is proposed that the TA implementation arrangement be modified to allow the administration by ADB of funding in the amount of $300,000 provided by JAWA. The Public Communications Policy (PCP) recognizes that transparency and accountability are essential to development effectiveness. It establishes the disclosure requirements for documents and information ADB produces or requires to be produced.
