Consulting Services A team of 5 international consultants (14 person-months) input and 6 domestic consultants (37 person-months) will be required in the following areas: (i) educational management; (ii) education facility planning and data collection; (iii) instructional material planning and management; and (iv) teacher training planning and quality control; (v) education planning for the disadvantaged groups; (vi) project management and monitoring; (vii) development of project implementation capacity of the central and provincial project implementation units; and (viii) resettlement.
