Business Opportunities

Consulting Services The TA will require 50 person-months of consulting services, comprising 10 person-months of international consultants and 40 person-months of domestic consultants to carry out the project. The team of consultants from an international consulting firm, in association with domestic consultants, will be engaged using ADB's newly adopted Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) procedures and according to ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants and other arrangements satisfactory to ADB on the engagement of domestic consultants. The international consultants will have expertise in (i) transport economics; (ii) highway and bridge design including structural engineering; (iii) geotechnical analysis and materials engineering; (iv) traffic engineering; (v) surveying; (vi) procurement and contract management; (vii) environmental analysis; (viii) social and poverty analysis; and (ix) resettlement planning.
