Summary

Upgrade the remaining unimproved portion of road to the same standard as the sections already improved: (i) to strengthen and reconstruct the road base in deteriorated sections; (ii) rehabilitate drainage structures(culverts, causeways and bridges); (iii) provide a resealing overlay; and (iv) reconstruct and widen shoulders.
