Description

The purpose of the TA is to prepare 2 ADB-funded projects to be provided for the period of 2005-2006, each project would cover about 1,000-1,200 km or 10-25 sub-projects, covering both PPP and non-PPP subprojects. The for the PPP sub-projects, loan proceeds would be extended to cover the grant portion to be provided by NHAI to the private sector contractors in the form of a viability gap fund.
