The proposed Project 2 will construct a access controlled 7.3 meter wide two lane dual carriageway motorway between JariKas Sarai Saleh in northwest of Pakistan with total length of about 20 km, which will be part of Hassanabedal- Havelian- Mansehra Expressway (E35) to connect M1 to northern area.
