Summary

The Philippine CSP for 2005-2007 lays down the thrust of ADB's sector policy reform areas in the three areas of power, financial markets and governance (including local governance and judiicial systems). The local governance and finance development program focuses on improved resource mobilization and budget operations at the LGU level. The TA contributes in realization of the above objectives of the local governance program.
